Bereavement Support Groups

  • Understanding Your Grief, a ten week closed ended grief support group program starting in February.

    Topics include:

  • Healing after the Loss of a Loved One, open-ended grief support groups focusing on "loss"
    • Young Widow and Widower Tuesdays 5:30-7:00 pm
    • General Bereavement Wednesdays 1-2:30 pm
    • General Bereavement Thursdays 6:00 to 7:30 pm
    • Survivor of Suicide Loss 1st and 3rd Wednesdays 6:30-8:00 pm
    • Adult Loss of Parent Support 1st and 3rd Thursdays 6:00-7:30 pm
  • Investing in Life after the Loss of a Loved One, open-ended ongoing grief support group focusing on "life"

    2nd and 4th Thursdays of every month 3:00-4:30 pm

  • Companioning You, the Caregiver as scheduled

    Starting October 4th and will meet the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month 1:00 to 2:30 pm

  • Good Grief Club and Teenage Grief Support Groups as scheduled
  • Healing Grief through Journaling as scheduled
  • Individual, couple, and family grief counseling
